Probing scalar dark matter oscillations with neutrino oscillations

A bstract If ultra-light dark matter (ULDM) exists and couples to neutrinos, it can be discovered via time-periodic variations in the neutrino mass mixing parameters. We analyze current bounds on such a scenario establish sensitivity expected for both time-averaged time-resolved modulations future oscillation experiments. place special emphasis our analysis time of CP violating phase. illustrate with toy model case where leading modulation effect while conserving parameters is suppressed. show unique imprint that ULDM leave oscillations, direct asymmetries vanish.
